The value viewed by SGLI User Tool and the value stored in the HDF product is different.

SGLI User Tool process the following when opening HDF files.
- Engineering value conversion (Please refer to "Q. How to convert DN value to physical quantity ? " for conversion method)
- Mask of a stray light flag (Please refer to "Q. What is a mask of SGLI products ?" for masking method)
