FAQ
Q
About Evapotranspiration Index (ETID) Product
A
Evapotranspiration (ET) is the amount of water released into the atmosphere from the ground surface (including water surface, soil, vegetation, etc.) and is expressed as the sum of evaporation and transpiration.
Evapotranspiration index (ETID) is the ratio of observed evapotranspiration to reference evapotranspiration.
ET is an important parameter on hydrological water resources. In the agricultural field, ET is related to crop growth and yield, and is used to calculate water demand, and may also be used to predict crop yield fluctuations and measure irrigation effectiveness.
You can get that data from JASMES.
