    This is how to output the data stored in the Shikisai product to CSV.
    CSV output method using QGIS
    1. Converting HDF5 into GeoTIFF, using the SGLI map projection & GeoTIFF conversion tool.
    2. Display converted GeoTIFF on QGIS.
    3. Cutting out the interest area in QGIS.
    4. Outputting as the CSV file (raster conversion) in QGIS.
