How to know the file name from the region of interest (latitude/longitude information, etc.)

The following methods estimate the product (file) that observes the region of interest.
1) Check the product creation range by comparing the region of interest with the observation path and tile creation range.
2) Search for products from latitude/longitude information (search by CSW server)
