FAQ

Q
RSP path Jump
A
Due to satellite operation, the Shikisai may deviate from the base orbit (nominal path).
This is called "RSP path jump".

There are the following two case satellite operations that cause RSP path jump.
  • Keep of nominal path / passing time (local)
  • Avoid debris
RSP path jump that occurred in the past is as follows.
  1. from Aug 28, 2019 16:41:50 to Jul 10, 2020 23:32:40 (nominal +1)
  2. from Jul 08, 2021 09:48:41 to Sep 24, 2021 07:04:39 (nominal +1)
  3. (You can check the date and time when the RSP path jump occurred from here.)

In addition, there is a possibility that satellite operations will be carried out after a few years to keep the nominal path and passing time (local).
