Data Access & Use Data : G-Portal

The following shows how to use G-Portal.

G-Portal

1. Overview

This is a common data provision site for JAXA Earth observation satellites. You can obtain GCOM-C/SGLI standard products and near-real-time products in HDF format. Products can be searched and downloaded using a GUI or downloaded via SFTP.

2. Publicly available data

GCOM-C/SGLI Standard product and GCOM-C/SGLI Near-realtime products in HDF format are available.

3. Data access

Search and Download Using GUI : Access G-Portal(https://gportal.jaxa.jp/gpr/) via a web browser to obtain the data.

4. How to use data (SFTP)

4-1. Check for availability of observation data

Please refer to the image on the following web page to check if the observation data is available for the target date and area.
